You

  • An individual acting on behalf of themselves
  • An individual acting on behalf of a third party. With the agreement of the third party they are acting on behalf of
  • A system acting on behalf of an, individual or individual on behalf of a third party.

Agreement

By placing an order on the Hert felt website, you agree to the terms of the Hert felt Online Purchase Policy in addition to the Hert felt Website Terms of Use, Hert felt Cookie Policy and Hert felt Privacy Policy

By clicking the Place Order button, you accept that your card will be charged for the amount shown, and the product(s) shown will be dispatched to the address supplied

Hert felt reserve the right to cancel any order placed and refund the money if it feels that fulfilling the order would cause detriment to Hert felt

You will not hold Hert felt liable beyond the price paid, for delays or errors in your order

Pre Dispatch

Orders for in-stock, non-customised products received before 4:00PM will usually be dispatched the same day.

However Hert felt reserves the right to delay dispatch for up to two working days to prevent fraud, due to employee illness or absenteeism, supply issues, system issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances

You will allow an extra two working days before dispatch of customised products. If Hert felt believe we are unable to create a customised product within that period, then we will contact you

Non-customised product orders can be cancelled up to 3:00 PM on the day of order, or 3:00 PM on the next working day if ordered on the weekend or public holiday

Customised orders cannot be cancelled. If you place a customised order and spot you have made a mistake, then please contact us as soon as possible. If creation of the customised product has not started, then we can offer to correct the mistake

Delivery

Products will usually be delivered within three working days of dispatch, usually via Royal Mail, although we may use other couriers at our descretion

Some products will require a signature on delivery

Damaged Delivery

If you notice any damage to the packaging that has occurred before delivery, especially if a signature is required. Then refuse delivery

Otherwise if possible take a photo of the damaged package before opening, and if the product has been damaged. Then if possible take a photo of the damaged product(s)

Then please contact Hert felt to arrange a return and replacement product

Non Delivery

If you have not received your order within three working days of dispatch, then please contact us

Return of Products

If you are unhappy with the product(s) you have received, then you may request the return of the product(s) up to 14 days after receiving

Customised products cannot be returned and receive a refund, unless

If you wish to return the product, then be aware that you will have to pay the costs of returning the product(s)

To return an unwanted product, then please contact us

We will refund your purchase price once we have safely received the product(s)

Customisation

Customised products are not available for refunds, with the exception of damage during delivery or serious manufacture fault

As they are custom made, they may have minor imperfections or quirks due to artistic interpretation.

Cards with addition of the Sign and Send service are considered customised products
