Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched, the same day. Except due to exceptional circumstances.

Custom items may take an extra three working days before dispatch


Depending on the delivery option you choose will determine how quickly you receive your order

Though not a guarantee, 1st Class will usually arrive the next day and 2nd Class will usually arrive in two to three days


If your order hasn’t been delivered, after three working days. You should contact us, and we will aim to find out why your order hasn’t been delivered and solve the problem

Damaged Delivery

If your delivery has noticeable damage to the packaging when delivery is attempted you should refuse the package

In the event that you discover that an item has been damaged after receiving, then please contact us. We will usually request photos of the damaged item.

Unwanted Items

If you receive an item that you do not want, then please contact us for a PRC (Product Return Code)

Custom items cannot be returned, except when damaged during delivery
